Our Institute joined the Pact for the Reconciliation of Professional, Personal and Family Life coordinated by the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, which gathers 58 public and private organizations. By joining this Pact for Reconciliation, IPT assumes the commitment to implement and certify a management system for reconciliation promoting a better balance between professional, personal and family life, as a condition for an effective equality between men and women and for a full citizenship, which allows free choices in all spheres of life.

Reinforcing this commitment, we are implementing the project Inspire, Share and Work - Life deserves time.
