Workshop | Compostos Naturais Bioativos: Desafios e Oportunidades da Indústria Agroalimentar

 

The Escola Superior Agrária do Instituto Politécnico de Santarém will host the Workshop dedicated to the theme Bioactive Natural Compounds: Challenges and Opportunities for the Agri-Food Industry on Thursday 11 November.  

This event will bring together, in thematic papers, emerging technologies focusing on the future of extraction of biocompounds and their influence on the agri-food industry.

The organising committee of this event is INOV.LINEA- Food Technologies from TAGUSVALLEY, the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar and the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém.
