Business creation; recruitment and selection - file organisation procedures.
Personnel recruitment - legal formalities with the CT, CNPD, AT and Social Security systems.
Mandatory documents regarding administrative management - Salaried Employment.
Payroll processing - maps; control; records; the various legal frameworks (2017 amendments).
HR Audit - compliance, operational, strategic adjustment
